We supply bulk clothing on a business-to-business (wholesale) basis to retailers and trade buyers in the United Kingdom and internationally.

3. Wholesale nature of sales

• Catalog prices are wholesale unit prices in GBP (£) and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise on a confirmed quote.
• VAT and other taxes are applied as required by law and disclosed before order confirmation.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply as stated on product pages or as agreed on your quote.
• Website content is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.

4. Ordering & acceptance

Orders are placed by telephone on +44 7720 866617. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order after agreeing quantities, pricing, fees and shipping. We may decline orders (for example where stock is unavailable, MOQs are not met, export restrictions apply, or payment cannot be verified).

5. Pricing & fees

We aim to keep published wholesale prices accurate. If an error is discovered, we will notify you before acceptance and you may proceed at the correct price or cancel. Shipping, handling, remote-area surcharges and any agreed services are disclosed on the quote before you confirm.

6. Payment

Payment methods and timing are confirmed on the quote (typically bank transfer or card). Title to goods passes to the buyer on full payment. We may withhold dispatch until cleared funds are received.

7. Shipping & international trade

Delivery terms follow our Shipping Policy. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for import compliance, duties and taxes in the destination country unless we expressly agree otherwise. Risk of loss passes in accordance with the agreed delivery terms stated on the quote (commonly when goods are handed to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed).

8. Product descriptions

We describe materials, sizes, colours and pack information in good faith. Minor variations in shade or finishing can occur between production lots. Images illustrate the product type; colour appearance may vary by screen.

9. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy and must be authorised by phone.

10. Liability

• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
• Subject to the above, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the value of that order (excluding shipping).
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, loss of business or depletion of goodwill, except where not permitted by law.

11. Intellectual property

Website content, branding and product imagery on this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy catalog assets for misleading advertising. Buyers must not present our wholesale goods as counterfeit branded merchandise.

12. Prohibited use

You may not use this site to engage in unlawful activity, scrape content for deceptive ads, or misrepresent our business, pricing or policies.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply where a buyer is legally entitled to them.
